Starting therapy can feel a little like trying a new restaurant without looking at the menu first. You might wonder where to begin, what to say, or if you're even doing it "right." (Spoiler alert: there's no right way.)

My approach to therapy is holistic, collaborative, and tailored to you. Everyone's story is different, so I don't believe in cookie-cutter therapy. Together, we'll explore what brought you here, celebrate your strengths, and work through challenges at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, whether that's feeling hopeful, overwhelmed, confused, or somewhere in between. Therapy doesn't have to feel stiff or intimidating. Some days we'll dive deep, and other days we may find ourselves laughing along the way. Both can be part of the healing process.

When I'm not in session, I'm probably making candles, supporting community initiatives, or indulging my love of fashion. I firmly believe that a great outfit can boost your mood, and yes, I absolutely enjoy putting together a look.

Life can be complicated, but you don't have to navigate it alone. Whether you're taking your first step into therapy or returning after some time away, I'm happy you're here.
